Most orders are processed and shipped the same day or within one business day following proof approval.

Shipping Details

Our shipments originate from Marietta, GA, and are sent via FedEx or USPS. We also deliver to Hawaii and Alaska by request.
Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays, so do not include these days in your transit time calculations.
The delivery date and time are guaranteed by the shipping carrier, not by influsign.com. Consequently, once we dispatch the order on time, we are not liable for any delays or exceptions in delivery.

Address Corrections
If there is a need to correct the shipping address, it will automatically incur a $15.00 fee from FedEx/USPS. If this fee is not paid, your order may not be delivered to the correct address.

Holiday Season Delays
During the holiday season from November 21 to January 2, deliveries might be delayed by 1-2 business days depending on your location.
